PDK Account Setup

This guide covers setting up a user account, assigning key fobs, and app setup. You will need to log in to PDK through the web using the login information stored in the company password manager. For building access contact building management to have the keycard added to their system.

Creating User Accounts

  1. In PDK, click the + icon to add a user.
  2. Enter their first and last name.
  3. Set the Activation Date and ensure account is Enabled.
  4. Enter the user’s email if needed.
  5. Under the Groups section, add the appropriate groups for the user

Assign Key Fobs/Cards

  1. On each fob/keycard has 5 digits printed on it. You will need to add the keycard in the Credentials section.
  2. Add the keycard number.
  3. In Description field specify whether it’s a fob or keycard.

Set up Mobile App Access

The user’s PDK account must include an email address for mobile app access to work.

  1. Under the User’s Credentials section, add a new credential.
  2. Switch to the Mobile tab, then check the box for Mobile App.
  3. After you add the credential you can refer to the PDK App User Setup guide.
